Process:
1. Investment casting Hub body investment casting 2. Machining Hub body: turning, grinding, drilling. Axle: turning, grinding, drilling, threading. Bushing: turning, milling, drilling 3. Assembling Press 12 tubes into hub Put O-ring into bushing and press bushing into hub, use Loctite around bushing. Put O-rings and plug onto the axle, put blind bushing and metering bushing to axle. Press them into hub. Lock with snap on the end. 4. Test. Torque test 5.8N.m, make sure the axle can rotate within 5.8N.m torque. Leak test: 30psi water pressure test.
