Supply complete package for endusers, using samples as a starting point 
Process:

Plastic injection moulded milking tubes, made from PP, sterilized and packaged for sale. Working off samples, we carried out the following:

  • Made design drawings
  • Produced the tooling. Eight cavity mould to +/-0.02 tolerance
  • manufactured samples for approval
Testing:   Plastic Part:
Dimensional, Flexibility, Smoothness, Visual, Bubble wrapping integrity    
Packing:  
  • Produced tooling and manufactured bubble packing
  • Printed foil and packed the tubes into bubble packing, 10pcs per sheet
  • Sterilized the complete package using ethylene oxide
  • Packed together, in boxes of 200 bubble sheets, with an instruction leaflet, ready for delivery to endusers
